Overview By visiting our website and placing an order with Buddy Check Bakery, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Orders & Payment All orders must be placed by Thursday at 12:00 PM (noon) CST to be included in that week's baking cycle. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Perishable Products Our products are handmade, perishable food items. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on damaged or incorrect orders.

Allergen Notice Our products are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens including wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts. We cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens. Please contact us before ordering if you have food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Pickup & Delivery By selecting local pickup or local delivery at checkout, you agree to the pickup and delivery terms outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Intellectual Property All content on this website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Buddy Check Bakery and may not be used without written permission.

Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
